Monel 400 Round Bars & Wires has excellent resistance to corrosion when exposed to cyclic moist environments. These perform well in warm chloride environments and also resist pitting and crevice corrosion in the environments that contain high levels of halides and chlorides. Monel round bars can be subjected to stress corrosion cracking at elevated temperatures too. It has good resistance to local and general corrosion. These have good thermal and electrical conductivity.

The material tests are positive material test, micro/ macro test, chemical analysis, intergranular corrosion test, flaring test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, pitting corrosion test and third-party inspection.
