1000 series Representing the 1000 series aluminum plate is also called pure aluminum plate. Among all series, the 1000 series belongs to the series with the most aluminum content. The purity can reach more than 99.00%. According to the international designation principle, the aluminum content must reach more than 99.5% to be qualified products.
2000 series aluminum plate Representing 2A16 (LY16) 2A06 (LY6) 2000 series aluminum plates are characterized by high hardness, among which the copper element content is the highest, about 3-5%. 2000 series aluminum sheets belong to aviation aluminum materials, which are not often used in conventional industries.
3000 series aluminum plate Representative 3003 3003 3A21 mainly. It can also be called anti-rust aluminum plate. The production process of my country’s 3000 series aluminum plate is relatively excellent. 3000 series aluminum plate is mainly composed of manganese element. The content is between 1.0-1.5. It is a more commonly used alloy series.
